Following the events of Big Brother Longterms abrupt closure, the group's standing was put on a pause for the time being with no news on what would happen to the group nor previous twenty-second season. On the 10th of April, 2020, it was announced by production they were working to figure out a solution to what could be spared from the sudden shutdown. A day later, nickbara explained the situation more in depth to the group, covering the leakage of maps relating to another series, Danganronpa, done by an unnamed crusader towards being the reason things happened the way they did. Ultimately, not much was known about what could possibly come next after the chaotic events that just ensued. However, hope was not lost as Nick soon enough announced that the group would be facing a complete reboot, labeled 'BBLT Reloaded' in attempts to refresh what was essentially a three-year old project. Production had officially begun on the first ever 'reloaded' season. An official house tour and intro were released on May 23rd, 2020 revealing the summer house theme. The first episode was released on the 27th of May on Nick's Youtube channel.
Applications were officially launched on the 13th of April, 2020 and were deemed to be opened for exactly two weeks. It was made clear that any players could apply, even previous alumni from the older era of Big Brother Longterms. After a length fourteen days, apps were graded and official letters were sent May 1st to sixteen chosen houseguests. The finalized cast was then revealed to the public on May 4th of the same year showcasing the new and returning players from previous era.

+ signifies HOH for the week, thus automatic "Have" rights.
- Note: Lucas, Ryan & Vince were named a Have at the beginning of Week 2 but due to taking a punishment that requires them to be a Have-Not in the same week, their Have status was cancelled out.
At the premiere, 16 brand new houseguests entered the Big Brother house with hopes of being the first winner for the first ever season in this franchise for the craziest summer they have yet to experience. They all immediately went to greet and introduce themselves only to be told a few minutes later they would compete in a mystery competition where they would all rush outside to compete in the "Safety Surfers" competition where the first eight to fall off their surfboard whilst being vibrated and dizzied would do a eligible for eviction where the remaining eight would be immune for the week. Gabriel, Gavin, Ryan, Kat, Kanye, Hali, Caiden & Alex all fell off first meaning that Chanelle, Hugo, Lucas, Pixie, SLay, Sara, Yaelis & Vince were immune for the week but couldn't play in the HOH. Shortly after these events, All those eligible would later compete in the first HOH competition of the summer called "Choco Loco" where houseguests would traverse four chocolate bars one at a time across an obstacle course. Quickly, Gavin would win the HOH with immediate intentions on talking out Caiden who he would later nominate with Alex as a pawn. Gavin would also then have to name 4 have-nots for the week where he named Alex, Caiden, Hugo & Vince accordingly. At the veto picking, the houseguest would be introduced to another twist where the HOH and nominees each had to pick one person of their choosing to play in the veto competition alongside them. This led to Ryan, Lucas and Slay being picked to play. During the veto competition named "Freeze Bowl", the veto players had to answer to a grammar related question using a correct word that fits the criteria and the first to three point wins. Alex would successfully score all three points where he would save himself with no question at the veto ceremony putting pressure on Gavin to put another pawn that would stay. He ultimately decided to put up Gabriel as the replacement nominee due to the fact he talked to him the least and he would be safe but at the eviction this all fell apart as Gabriel being a pawn proved to be a bad decision as he was the first evictee of the season against Caiden in a 12-1 vote.
Following the close to unanimous eviction of Gabriel. The houseguests would head outside again for their second HOH of the summer named "Golf It Up". Houseguests one at a time would throw two balls into a golf hive with numerical point value where they must gain the highest score to win. After a close tie-breaker, Hugo came out on top against Alex. He then decided to nominate Ryan & Lucas with a bigger plan on his hands. At the veto picking, Alex, Slay and Vince were chosen to compete. At the veto competition titled "Garden of Veto" houseguests had to endure terrible punishments randomly given out to those who didn't step down from their flower bed where Alex couldn't play in the next HOH and lost his vote for this week's eviction. Lucas couldn't play in the next 4 HOHs, next veto and had to be put in a solitary confinement for 24 hours. Slay couldn't play in the next 4 HOHs, veto, lost her vote for this week's eviction and is also put in solitary confinement for 24 hours. Ryan also not playing in 4 HOHs, next veto with solitary confinement for 24 hours, lost her vote for this week's eviction and the major punishment of having her vote controlled by america until F8. This proved to be the right move for Ryan as after a hour Lucas dropped out to have his america's vote punishment removed meaning Ryan won the veto using it to save herself at the veto ceremony where Hugo then named Gavin as the replacement nominee with him being the target the whole time. Eventually, at the eviction Gavin predicted his eviction against Lucas as he was the second evicted in a vote of 6-3.
Following Gavin's eviction, the houseguests would head right back out to the backyard to play in the HOH competition called "Around The Block" where houseguests must lock in with either A or B to the question based on house facts. After three quick rounds, Kanye rose to power unexpectedly winning his first HOH of the summer. He would then later go on and nominate Hugo and Vince. The houseguests would later be told that the four houseguests who performed poorly in the HOH competition would be the have-nots for this week with Sara, Caiden, Kat and Pixie as the have-nots of the week. At the veto picking: Hali, Chanelle and Pixie were all picked to play for their first ever veto competition. In the veto competition "Spell It Out", houseguests had to find words in the Big Brother house one at a time to spell a specific word (power). The first houseguest to find out the word with it being correct wins the veto. It came down to a close battle for one more word between Hali & Chanelle but by one second Chanelle ringed in first winning her first ever veto of the season where she would then at the veto ceremony saved Hugo which then left Kanye in a uncomfortable spot to name a replacement nominee who he would then renominate Ryan as a pawn to combat Vince in the eviction vote. This would end up as successful as he was then evicted third in a 7-4 vote.
After Vince's eviction, the houseguest would go straight back into the backyard for their new HOH competition called "Temple of Plinko" where houseguests had to throw a ball down a plinko to land in their own hole to score a point, however if it landed in someone else's hole on your turn they would score a point. In a tight tie-breaker round, Hugo would come out victorious against Hali landing it in his hole. He would then name: Caiden, Ryan, Kat and Slay as have-nots accordingly for the week. At the nomination ceremony, he would nominate Hali and Slay which would cause outrage among the two who would curse out him for his decision being personal. At the veto picking: Chanelle, Kat and Ryan were all selected to play. At the veto competition named "Thrift List" players would duel off each other in a classic 1v1 KO to find clothing of a previous houseguests in the dressing rooms with a prompt given to start the round. After numerous rounds, Ryan would come out on top once again winning her second veto of the season! During the veto ceremony, she would save Slay as she was the reason she played in the veto due to her picking her as her HG choice. Hugo then decided to blow up Kat's game as she was plotting against him which led to her also being the replacement nominee. This would later work in his favor as the votes would tie causing him to cast the sole vote to evict his target Kat sending her home from a 5-5 vote making her second to last prejuror.
Round Two (Instant Eviction)
Before Kat's intense eviction, the houseguests were informed that this week was a INSTANT DOUBLE EVICTION! At the HOH competition "Graving Scramble", houseguests would have to complete a 5x5 puzzle of the Big Brother 1 Logo. The person who has the logo correct would win the instant HOH. In a rush, Kanye would become the new HOH earning him his second HOH of the summer and a newborn power, which he then used to quickly nominate Ryan and Yaelis for eviction with his eyes on sending Ryan home. This would quickly be overtaken by Slay who would quickly step up to use her secret veto which she found recently on Ryan proving her kindness as she was just saved by her at the last veto ceremony. With Kanye's plan backfiring on him, he then had to make the quick and rushed decision of who the replacement nominee would be shortly naming Alex as the replacement with hopes of him being a pawn to now send original nominee Yaelis home. This proved to have work in favor as Yaelis was sadly sent home in a 6-3 vote becoming the fifth and final prejuror.
Following the chaotic events last week, the houseguest would go into the backyard yet again to see their next HOH competition called "Lemon Squeezers" where houseguests had to transfer scoops of lemon juice to the other side of their lane with the first to 25 wins. After a few minutes, Caiden ended up winning his first HOH of the summer. As HOH, he would then name his have-nots: Alex, Hali, Pixie and Slay. Later at the nomination ceremony, he would also nominate Slay and Ryan as he felt he didn't have much of bond with them. Finally at the veto picking, houseguests were told there would no longer be a houseguest choice veto draw and instead it would be picked at random by a draw where Kanye, Lucas, Pixie & Hali being picked with Ryan sitting out due to her being absent. At the veto competition named "Escaping Cbaos" players had to push buttons on panels to unlock a ladder, in all of the odds Caiden won quickly again securing full power for the week where he used this power to discard as he didn't feel the need to change the nominees. Eventually, at the eviction Ryan was let go of in a vote of 7-1 becoming the second juror.
After the quick events last week, the houseguests would be notified that Sara has decided to walk from the game for personal reasons meaning Yaelis would take her spot on the jury. Straight after the small announcements, the houseguests would compete in "Highway to Hell" their next HOH where Hali rose to the top becoming the first female HOH of this franchise. With this: Kanye, Pixie and Caiden were named have-nots for the week. Before the nomination ceremony, a big twist was announced into the game (Whackactivity) where in two groups houseguests would compete in a competition for a secret power which is used in private. After the announcement: Alex, Chanelle, Kanye & Pixie were told that they would be the first batch to compete in "Color Me Blind" where Chanelle won. During the nomination ceremony, Hali nominated Hugo & Alex for eviction as she felt Hugo was running the game and she didn't feel much of a connection with Alex, soon after the veto picking would take place with Caiden, Slay and Pixie all being picked. At the veto competition, players would play in "BB Chess" where they would move in a L shape across a board until they had no spaces left with the player with no moves left wins. Eventually after a rather quick chess game, Alex to all surprised would come out on top despite his awful lag where at the veto ceremony he would safely use it on himself causing Hali to name Lucas as a pawn. It later to have worked as Hugo went home in a mysterious 2-1 vote becoming third juror.
After a very confusing eviction, houseguests would instantly head into the backyard to play in "Lolli-Land" where houseguests had to pick a number between 1-4 in order to move up a step but can only move up if they are the only player to say it. As a result, Chanelle turned out to be the luckiest getting straight into her power where she picked Kanye & Lucas as have-nots. Later, the remaining houseguests who didn't compete in the whacktivity competition would follow in "Spot It" where houseguest would answer questions based on the self behind them, in this where Caiden won. At the nomination ceremony, Kanye & Pixie were nominated, however with a power being unleashed someone nominated Slay as a third nominee (Sharkbite). At the veto picking, only Lucas and Hali got picked to play. During the veto competition, players played in "Milky Bowlerina" where players would go in a KO spaced themed competition to be the first to knock down 5 blocks in a lane using only balls. After a few rounds, Chanelle would beast the competition being the first female to have full power. Shortly after the veto ceremony, she took the very safe choice of saving Slay to ensure her target (Kanye) went home. Soon at the eviction, this proved to be the right decision as Kanye was sent packing in a 3-2 vote sending another confusing eviction among the house as well as him becoming the the fourth member of the jury.
After a shocking eviction, the houseguest would enter the backyard to play in "Hearts A Million" where houseguests would race down a lane to drop a ball down their tube to fill it up where Caiden would win his second hoh of the summer! He would name Hali & Alex as have-nots and also name Hali and Slay as nominees due to a explosive fight prior to the week. At the pov picking Pixie was the only player not picked this leading onto the veto which was "OTEV" where they must follow OTEV's commands and collect the previous houseguests card from the hint they are given. After multiple rounds, Hali would win her first veto also saving herself at the veto ceremony which led to the the renomination of Chanelle. At the eviction, Chanelle was evicted in a blindside vote of 3-1 becoming the fifth member of jury.
After a blindside of events, the houseguests would go outside to play in their next HOH called "Alien Abduction" where houseguests would have to collect six pictures of each houseguests and place them on their stand in a quick HOH Hali would walk into another reign of power winning her second HOH. She would then go on to nominate Caiden & Alex with Caiden as her target. At the veto competition which is named "Bad Memory" players will be tasked to figure out which two evicted houseguests are morphed together onto each of the four photos where Caiden would clutch the win to take himself off the block at the veto ceremony. This leading to Hali making the tough decision to renominate Lucas as a pawn which would immediately backfire on her as he was then sent out in a close vote of 2-1 with him becoming the sixth member of the jury.
Later after the explosive eviction, the houseguests would return to the backyard to play in the next HOH named "Day of Destiny" where they were given a question about what day a previous event occurred on with Pixie winning her first ever HOH of the summer. She would waste no time to nominate the duo of Hali and Slay with Hali as the target. At the veto called "Pizza Cut" houseguests had to run down a lane to collect two pepperoni's where Hali won yet another veto saving herself leading to Alex being renominated. During the eviction, it was later announced to be a double eviction and the person leaving tonight would soon be followed by another. With the news now being said Hali and Caiden would vote resulting in a tie where Pixie broke it choosing to evict Slay making her the seventh member of the jury.
Following Slay's eviction, the houseguest would quickly enter the backyard for the HOH "Before or After" where houseguests had to answer Before or After to a series of questions of events that occurred in the game. Hali would dominate this winning and nominating Caiden and Pixie with hopes of finally eliminating her target Caiden. At the next veto, they would go into "Web of Fears" where they turned over question tiles to a face of an evicted houseguest that achieved the statement that followed it. Hali would take full control winning the final veto of the season and choosing to later discard it at the veto ceremony with no question. At the eviction, Alex would cast the sole vote to evict Caiden as he believed that he played the best out of the two nominees making him the second to last juror.
Quickly after, They would go instantly into the backyard for part one of the final HOH called "Disco Night" where they had to hang on for their lives on a conveyor belt. Hali would win with a instant victory. Following to part two of the final HOH, Pixie and Alex played in "BB Comics" where they would get an exclusive sneak-peek at the brand new BB comics, and must assemble them on their laptop in the desired order where Alex would beat Pixie. Eventually in the final part of the final HOH Hali and Alex would battle it out in "Judgment Day" where they had to answer A or B to a series of questions relating to the 8 jurors and in a rollercoaster change of events Hali would seal her fate in the final two becoming the final HOH of the summer! Finally this would also lead to Hali evicting Pixie due to a deal she had with Alex.
Slay Johnson's Comments
Throughout the season on the 24/7 live feeds viewers began calling fo
r production to remove Slay Johnson from the rest of the season. Johnson was seen on live feeds making very inappropriate comments using words like "t*****" and "s***t" to insult many of the houseguests which include: Hugo Blissett and Caiden Foster. Due to this viewers were calling out her for being trans-phobic and ignorant for her self harm comments.
